Although Wireless Broadband is the most efficient and effective way of delivering High-Speed Internet service, DSL is a sometimes cost effective way of having High Speed Internet through the use of a regular phone line. Although DSL is not as reliable as a T1 line or T3 line, it is much faster than a regular modem. It uses the same lines as your existing telephone line, and usually does not interfere with your voice line. However, you may be required to put filters on phone lines to prevent interferences. DSL works faster if your closer to the provider's central office, so for this reason it may not be made available in your area. Contact Fiber In The Sky to see if it is available at your location.

A T1 is very reliable. It is more reliable than a standard 56K modem. It can handle more than one user simultaneously. If the general use for the T1 is just to view web pages and check emails, it would be able to hold hundreds of users at the same time. However, if your users need multimedia downloads or streaming, it might require more than a T1 line, such as multiple T1s, T3s, OC3, or higher connections. ITP can provide you with T1 Line, T1 price, T1 service cost and pricing comparisons. |
T1 dedicated line High Speed Internet access ranges from fractional T1 (56k) to full T1 Internet connectivity (1,544k).
