All servers co-located with FITS are monitored 24/7/365, with maintenance and administrative support provided, depending on your requirement. Apart from the routine technical support, you can subscribe to a suite of managed services, including system administration, up-time monitoring services, backup services, security and firewall, anti-virus solutions, and load balancing.
